High Profile London is Laurel County’s medical cannabis dispensary, centrally located off I-75 at 140 Faith Assembly Church Road and serving registered patients across southeastern Kentucky. As one of the first dispensaries to open under Kentucky’s medical cannabis program, it’s a convenient stop for patients from London and the surrounding Daniel Boone region who no longer have to drive hours for their medicine.
The store serves registered Kentucky medical cannabis patients 18 and older who hold an active medical cannabis card and a qualifying condition. Patients come from across the region — Corbin, Manchester, Barbourville, and the smaller Laurel County communities — for a curated selection of flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, and accessories, with in-store shopping and online pre-ordering for pickup.
Because getting certified is the first step for many local patients, High Profile has hosted on-site patient-certification drives with the Kentucky Cannabis Industry Association to help qualifying residents complete their paperwork close to home.

High Profile London anchors a wide southeastern Kentucky service area from its spot just off I-75. Corbin is about 20 minutes south down the interstate, Manchester roughly 25 minutes east on KY-80, and Barbourville around 35 minutes southeast. Farther out, patients make the drive from Somerset to the west and the Richmond–Berea area up I-75 to the north, since London is one of the region’s few medical cannabis dispensaries. Its central location in Laurel County keeps it within a reasonable drive for registered patients across the Cumberland foothills.

Yes. Kentucky is a medical-only state, so you must be a registered patient (18+) with an active Kentucky medical cannabis card and a qualifying condition.
You'll need a certification from an authorized practitioner for a qualifying condition plus state registration; High Profile London has hosted on-site certification drives with the Kentucky Cannabis Industry Association to help patients get set up.
