Heading north on I-49, High Profile Pineville is the first dispensary exit after you cross into Missouri — about 5 miles past the Arkansas state line, roughly a 7-minute drive from the border to Exit 5 and Macadoodle Lane. From Bella Vista, it’s only about 4 minutes across the state line.
Most of our out-of-state regulars come up from Northwest Arkansas, where recreational dispensaries don’t exist — shoppers from Bella Vista, Bentonville, and Rogers make the run in well under an hour. Plenty come from farther down the metro too: Springdale is about 41 minutes south and Fayetteville around 50, most of the way on the same interstate. They come for a full recreational menu — flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, and concentrates — with no Arkansas medical card and no Missouri residency required for adults 21+. It’s worth noting that Arkansas dispensaries can’t sell pre-rolls at all, and Missouri flower is widely considered a step up from Arkansas medical product, so for a lot of regulars the drive pays for itself before they even get to the register.

On the Missouri side, High Profile Pineville is a quick stop for McDonald County towns and the surrounding Ozarks. Anderson is about 6 miles northwest along US-71, Noel sits roughly 8 miles to the southwest, and Neosho is around 36 minutes north up I-49/US-71. The store’s location right by Exit 5 also makes it the go-to for the wider Northwest Arkansas metro — Bentonville is about an 11-mile run down I-49, and the Springdale–Fayetteville corridor is within about 40 to 50 minutes. Whether you’re coming from a small river town or driving up from Arkansas, Exit 5 keeps the store easy to find.
To the south, the NW Arkansas metro stretches along I-49 from Bella Vista and
Bentonville through Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville. Visitors from any point
in that corridor are on one highway the entire way north. Whether you’re making a
